Welcome to The Charlotte Education Services Consortium (“CESC”) website, located at www.cesc4553.org (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and its services, including subscription-based access to Google Classroom, booking consultations and events, and applying for job opportunities.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Services Offered

1.1 Subscription Services

  • Users can purchase monthly subscriptions for access to Google Classroom courses.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month, and users will be charged accordingly.

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account.

 

1.2 Consultations

  • Users can book and manage consultations via the Site.

  • Users can cancel or reschedule consultations through their account.

 

1.3 Events

  • Users can book event tickets or RSVP for events through the Site.

  • Tickets or RSVPs can be canceled via the user’s account.

 

1.4 Job Applications

  • Users can apply for job opportunities posted on the Site.

  • CESC will assess applicants fairly based on qualifications, experience, and interviews.

 

2. Account Registration

 

2.1 Users must create an account to access services on the Site.

 

2.2 The Site’s security is maintained through WIX’s platform, which includes PCI DSS Level 1, SOC 2 Type 2, and ISO compliance standards. 

 

3. Ownership and Copyright

 

3.1 Users may close their account at any time. CESC may retain users' contact information but will not sell or share their data.

 

3.2 All content on the Site is the intellectual property of CESC unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Acceptable Use

 

4.1 Users may use the Site to:

  • Book consultations, events, and access to Google Classroom.

  • Learn about services offered by CESC.

 

4.2 Users are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

  • Attempting to breach the security of the Site.

 

5. External Links

 

5.1 The Site contains external links to the following:

  • University of the Southern Caribbean

  • Andrews University

  • CESC’s Google Classroom

 

5.2 CESC is not responsible for the content or security of external links.

 

6. Liability

 

6.1 Users release CESC from liability not directly linked to the services provided by CESC.

 

6.2 CESC is not responsible for actions taken by course participants or outcomes resulting from its educational services.

 

7. Refunds and Cancellations

 

7.1 Refunds:

  • Refunds are available if a service (consultation or class) is not provided by CESC.

  • No refunds are issued for user-initiated cancellations.

 

7.2 Cancellations:

  • Subscriptions, consultations, and event bookings are non-refundable if canceled by the user.

9. Modifications to Terms
