A seasoned and ethical professional with groundbreaking accomplishments in supply chain management, project management, and pharmaceutical management nationally and regionally. Cecil Jacques has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain management, with over 15 years in senior management capacity. He has worked both locally and internationally, specializing in project implementation, training and capacity development in supply chain management. As a consultant and lecturer, Cecil Jacques has trained over 100 individuals in supply chain management and conducted consultancies with major businesses in Guyana.

As a pioneer in Logistics Information Management Systems (LMIS) in Guyana’s public health sector, Cecil Jacques has developed, implemented, and monitored LMIS for pharmaceuticals and health products. Additionally Jacques has over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical detailing, procurement, sales, marketing, and distribution for leading companies like Astra-Zeneca and Boehringer Ingelheim. Cecil Jacques is also a Registered Pharmacist for 32 years with extensive community pharmacy practice experience. As an Ordained Elder of the Seventh Day Adventist Church Jacques serves a a life coach, mentor and counsellor to the youths and young adults.
