About

At CESC, we don’t just offer solutions; we redefine possibilities.

The Charlotte Education Services Consortium (CESC) is a family enterprise, established in 2013 to gradually transition siblings from public service engagements to the private provision of education and related products and services and voluntary service. In doing so, the siblings seek to honour the memory of their parents Brassington and Charlotte, who spent their lives teaching at the secondary and primary levels, respectively, leading and mentoring younger education professionals. The University of the Southern Caribbean Professional Development Institute serves as one of its platforms of delivery.

CESC is registered as an LLC in Michigan, USA and in Guyana, with the National Accreditation Council. It benefits from the pooled expertise of over two hundred and fifty years of professional work in primary, secondary and tertiary education, child protection, gender, justice, defence, human rights, international development, and the pharmaceutical regulatory regime in the US and Europe. CESC works primarily in English but has the capacity to work in French, Portuguese, and Spanish, in selected workstreams.  We hope that in our collaboration you find fulfillment.

The University of the Southern Caribbean Professional Development Institute in Trinidad and Tobago serves as one of its platforms of delivery. Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan serves as another such platform.

Our History

The Charlotte Education Services Consortium (CESC) has an intriguing history of evolution from its previous identity as Link2Learn International Education Services (L2L). Beginning in 2020 amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, L2L was established to support individuals with special education needs, disabilities, exceptionalities, and those on the autism spectrum. The organization aimed to provide academic instruction, consultation services, and resources to enhance the care and education of SEN individuals and their families. L2L operated internationally with headquarters in Berrien Springs, Michigan, and registration in Guyana, South America, where the CARICOM Headquarters is situated. The institution delivered academic programs, consultation services, and flagship initiatives like Collaborative Tuesdays and The Caring Caravan. The Professional Certificate in Special Education was a prominent offering of L2L, reflecting its commitment to raising awareness and providing training in the field of special education.

I’ve graduated Valedictorian from this training. It has completely transformed the way I work. The instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. I now have all the methodologies I need to manage my case load efficiently.
